Its quite possible that there exists less than $wgQueryCacheLimit results in total, especially on smaller wikis. However, I'm having trouble coming up with a suitable sentence. "The following information is cached, and was last updated $1 with at most the first $4 results being available" is the best I can think of, but sounds run-on-ish. (As an aside, it would have to be $4 instead of $2. $2 and $3 are already taken for that message.
