The Special:UnusedFiles page lists used files that are embedded with "Image:"
rather than "File:" in the wikicode (i.e. "[[Image:Kumquats.jpg]]"). This seems
to cause it to ignore usage of the file even though it's successfully embedded
in the page.
This was puzzling me but it seems that this is what's causing the issue. After
refreshing the page several times this seems to be what's causing it. I know
that the "Image:" syntax isn't standard, but this was being caused by users not
following standard wiki syntax.
On the wiki affected I'm going to remove all instances of this for the sake of
consistency more than anything, however this was slightly puzzling. It's not
hugely important, but hopefully this will be fixed to save issues in future.
