Please accept my apologies if I'm not filing this request correctly, as this is
my first request to ever make at BugZilla. A {{SECTIONNUMBER}} magic word would
be useful. Its purpose is to generate a number depending upon which section of
the page it is in. See where I initially made this request at
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User_talk:Werdna. I plan to use it for
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Template:Emptysection. See also:
