I installed this extension and it works fine for a new user signing up, but it
breaks login for existing users. Logging in as an existing user generates the
error:
Login error
You have not specified a valid username.
Disabling the extension resolved the issue for me. This is using MediaWiki
1.18.0. Nothing showed up in the error log.
