When blocking a user via
http://hak.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special:Block&action=submit
The hakka-language block lengths (anything from 1 thiên to yún-kiú) are not
recognized as valid, and return an 'Expiry time invalid' error. Entering a
recognized expiry time by hand works.
