Error highlighted in RED
1) Goto the "Enter a new bug" section in wikipedia.
2) Submit any bug.
3) After submitting the bug, the page for any modification needed opens.
4) In that page note that the "Add Bug URLs" textbox and the mail icon image
for the Reported section are out of the page limit and seems to be very odd for
the user.
These should be aligned preperly with the other sections.
