Also, at https://en.labs.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Special%3ALog&type=rights&user=Thehelpfulone&page=&year=&month=-1&hide_review_log=1 - I can edit my own user rights and give myself review and uber reviewer. I believe this is because of https://en.labs.wikimedia.org/wiki/Special:ListGroupRights - all users can Add groups to own account: Reviewers and Uber-Reviewers and remove them -- can you disable this?
