With the difference that MIMESearch cannot display thumbs and Special:ListFiles
cannot list files by MIME type.
Add the MIMEtype form (after improving it
https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=33834 ) to Special:ListFiles
An argument could be that Special:MIMESearch is treated as expensive special
page but I don't see why when Special:ListFiles is not.
