When headings contain an embedded image, they are rendered in italics in the
Table of contents (TOC).
Reproduced locally using current trunk (r109643) and on labs:
http://labs.wikimedia.beta.wmflabs.org/wiki/Headings_with_images
On the English wikipedia, the same input renders correctly (== all headings
share the same font settings)
