patch proposal
When JavaScript is disabled, or when the script isn't loaded yet, "[+]"
(CategoryTreeBullet) are hidden (inline CSS display:none), but "[x]"
(CategoryTreeEmptyBullet) are visible. For consistency, the later shouldn't be
displayed too.
