Special characters like Umlauts shoudl not sort after Z on categorxy pages and
DPl result lists.
http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Manual:$wgCategoryCollation tries to fix false
sorting of special characters (did not test tho).
DPL result lists should make us of it.
