Wikimedia Mobile does not seem to provide license. At least it is not very
clear when browsing the project page at
https://github.com/wikimedia/WikipediaMobile .
Please consider adding a COPYRIGHT / LICENSE file and also amend the README.md
file to point to that LICENSE.
Since we ship upstream / third parties components (i.e. phonegap). Might good
to list those Copyright / License as well.
