For each letter in the original title, {{DISPLAYTITLE}} should allow all the
letters based on the same ASCII character, but with different diacritics.
For instance, instead of s, the DISPLAYTITLE should allow ś, Ś, Ŝ, ŝ, Ş, ş, Š,
š, Ṡ, ṡ, Ṣ, ṣ, Ṥ, ṥ, Ṧ, ṧ, Ṩ, ṩ.
