Useless/misleading column "description" in [[Special:ListFiles]]:
This column actually contains the "upload summary" or in case of
upload-wizard-uploads -- nothing.
Only in case of re-uploads it may contain useful stuff. Nevertheless it would
be better to have the wikitext of the file in there or its decription only. The
latter might be not feasable because of different templates used on different
projects.
