When editing pages on Serbian Wikipedia, some users can't insert/see Cyrillic
characters. Instead of Cyrillic characters, "unknown" characters appear in the
main text area (see picture[1]).
It goes both for already present text and for text being inserted.
When edit is saved, everything is displayed correctly. Also, if copy/pasted out
of edit area, everything is displayed correctly.
All users that reported this issue seem to be using Google Chrome. I'm
experiencing it as well: Chrome version 16.0.912.77 m, localized to Serbian, OS
is Windows XP.
It happens to both logged and anonymous users.
Some users report that this problem is intermittent (it appears and
disappears).
The problem seem to be present only in main text area.
This is very serious problem because Serbian language uses Cyrillic alphabet
and both logged in and anonymous users that have this issue can't edit
Wikipedia.
