Marking as Major due to it blocking any imports via importDump.php.

I tried using importDump.php before and got another error: "Failed loading
/usr/local/Zend/lib/ZendExtensionManager.so:
/usr/local/lib/compat/pkg/libm.so.4: unsupported file layout". However, the
script went on, and then died at the same fwrite() error.
