If a user does not click 'Yes' or 'No' in the feedback form, let's NOT show a
happy/sad icon next to their user name in their feedback post, but instead
simply say:
'<Mary Gibson> posted this comment:'
(instead of ' <Mary Gibson> [ ] did not find what they were looking for').
