Another one for the waiting list: please rename eml.wikipedia.org to
egl.wikipedia.org.
The language code http://www.sil.org/iso639-3/documentation.asp?id=eml was
split into egl and rgn, and the community told the Wikipedia is mostly written
in Emilian (egl) and wants to rename it.
