Some links in links case stay red even if a redirecting article has been
created.
For exemple the link [[i̇̃]] 0069 0307 0303 was clicked on to create a
redirect. After default uppercasing the article [[İ̃]] was created with a
redirection to → [[Ĩ]].
This only seems to occur on dotted Is. I ogonek or J don't show the same
