Most of the time when when I produce a semantic map using an #ask query, it is
displayed with an extra empty <p></p> above it. I have found what seems to be
an exception, when this bug is triggered by producing the map in a template:

I checked SM_MapPrinter.php starting at line 196 (SM 1.0.5), but I didn't see
anything there that would produce an extra HTML paragraph. Maybe the problem is
in JavaScript somewhere?
