the MobileFrontend extension apparently load MediaWiki:Common.css.
MediaWiki:Common.css is the styling that should apply to the entire site.
Looking at the page source of <https://en.m.wikipedia.org/> seems to confirm
that MediaWiki:Common.css is currently completely ignored.
