1) Extensions Special Forms + Semantic MediaWiki works fine.
2)When adding other extensions as FCKeditor or/and SpecialMultipleUpload,
access to Special Pages gives a blank page.
3) Extensions Semantic Media WIki + FCKeditor or/and SpecialMultipleUpload work
fine without Special Forms.
4) Changing the order of extensions include or require in localsettings.php
file has no effect.
