Not sure if there is a reason why this isn't the case yet, but I think
&action=render (as well as &action=raw) should respect the FlaggedRevs' default
view. So if the default for IPs is stable=1, action=render should show
stable=1. Currently it always shows stable=0, although switching is possible
with &action=render&stable=0. Is it better to specify the status explicitly?
