I just sent an email from mediawiki.org and noticed that the subject line
appeared twice in the email header. I tried it on my local wiki, running MW
1.19 (r110988 to be precise) and it happens there too, so it seems like a
MediaWiki code issue, not specific to the mediawiki.org setup.

could you create a labs account for me, so I can use Gerrit and play around
with git? (I need a labs account for this according to
http://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Talk:Git/Workflow#Users_already_created.3F ). My
