For example, there is the line 10:26, 19. Feb. 2012 78.212.130.2 (Diskussion) markierte Version 11418 von Seite SpieleWiki:Spielwiese als kontrolliert even though I know that 78.212.130.2 was the author of the change, and I (User:Thomas) patrolled it.
