Jenkins receive notification from github whenever a push is made to the
Wikipedia/Wiktionary mobile repositories. This seems to be broken since Feb.
13th since build are no more happening automatically!
It might be related to https://gerrit.wikimedia.org/r/#change,2551 which force
all requests made to jenkins to HTTPS
