On mr.wikipedia.org and mr.wikisource.org, when user types '.' it is replaced
by danda. According to code in file ext.narayam.rules.mr.js
<snip>
['\\.', '', 'ред'], // Danda
</snip>
'\.' should be replaced by danda and not '.'.
