I'd quite like a hotkey to bring up the box for revert-and-warn with custom
warning levels and edit summary. If I could pre-define edit summary-and-
warning combos (there are a bunch that I keep wanting, like "removing speedy
deletion notifications"-and-"vandalism-n", or "Please don't name this
person's children-see [[WP:BLPNAME]]"-and-"blp-n") and assign hotkeys to
them, that'd be even more wonderful, but I can see that'd be more work to

This could be merged with customizeable hotkeys since all of warnings are
defined in configuration of the project and will differ
