The feedback page currently has a help link that points to one of four help
pages, a la bug 34063. The link for some users to
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Article_Feedback_Tool/Version_5/Help/Feedback_page_Hiders
should ideally change to linking them to
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Article_Feedback_Tool/Version_5/Help/Feedback_page_Monitors
