Maintenance script to un/protect pages.
I found myself in need of a maintenance script to protect and unprotect pages.
With some help from #mediawiki, I wrote one that does just that. Since I
needed it, it stands to reason that others might need it, too.
Note: The user used must have protect permissions. The default 'Maintenance
script' user does not normally have this.
