donate.wikimedia.org and donate.wikipedia.org should be redirecting to the
public donation pages, but are currently redirecting to civicrm. This needs to
be fixed so people can reach our donation pages and donate when following the
links we give out...
Possibly the redirect config got lost when upgrading the donation server
recently?
