Please delete Browse section, as this is apparently full of hopelessly broken
links to static repositories of HTML pages.
Or, if the static pages of 2008 have a new home, then please update the links.
But please leave the Download section.
BTW, I lost track here: what is the plan for static HTML snapshots. Can we have
one static and public snapshot per year, at least for the major WMF wikis?
