When using a desktop browser, if I click on 'Mobile view', then click on 'view
this page on regular site', then click on 'mobile view' again, I am NOT taken
back to the mobile view.
I believe the cause of this bug is similar to #30618. When the footer links are
being built, they do not properly remove mobileaction when being displayed on
the regular site (after returning to it form mobile view). Similarly,
'useformat=mobile' is not removed from the link to 'view this page on regular
site'.
