The updated default signature in 1.19 does not seem to use the localised
parentheses, showing ' (会話)' (=talk) with the latin parentheses when I use
Japanese, where [[MediaWiki:Parentheses/ja]] is set to '（$1）' (full-width
parentheses).
Please fix it in a similar manner to r112589 and r112591.
