At catalan Wikiquote, it seems necessary to
activate the Special:Import function for sysops. Now we are copying the last
version of the article to be moved, from the origin project, and pasting it in
the target project, making some reference to the contributors from the origin
project in the summary box. Neverthless, this doesn't reflect the changes
everyone of the contributors had done, it is lost, and in the target project it
is impossible to know who did what. That's why we ask for the activation of the
import function, for preserving all the history of the imported articles.
This was asked in Wikiquote in a votation and the result was the following:
