Would someone with supertools please delete the file at commons

File:Jennifer_Nettles_in_David_Meister.jpg


When deletion is attempted at Commons with the tools, the error is

Error deleting file: A non-identical file already exists at
mwstore://local-backend/local-deleted/9/s/5/9s5e0ypsw2y72d5emu4extzuut8slsc.jpg.

Two different users have tried without success, and recovery of the file does
not assist.
