We have provided updated specifications for Option E on this Bugzilla ticket: https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=34403 Dario will add clicktracking requirements for this metrics test on this Option A ticket as well, as requested by Yoni. We will also remove Feedback Forms Option 2 and Option 3 from rotation, so that the metrics test is conducted for Option 1 only.
