Before r49790 there used to be a link to Special:ChangePassword in
Special:Preferences. Now this page can only be reached through
Special:SpecialPages. That's not user friendly. I think it should return in one
for or another. If it does not return as it was, message 'changepassword'
should be removed from messages.inc and MessagesEn.php.
