In MobileFrontend the show hide toggle button labels display strange characters
For example:
http://ja.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=ASCII&useformat=mobile
http://he.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/ASCII
The htmlentities function does not seem to be able to handle non-western
alphabets
The problem seems to be in this commit:

Can anyone suggest a quick fix?
