Some files on searchidx2 are owned by root, e.g.
/a/search/indexes/index/enwiki.links
This causes a problem when the indexer tries to modifies these files (as it is
run under user rainman). For certains wikis (including enwiki) this is
currently halting all index updates.
The problem seem to have occurred at March 9.
