Please activate AbuseFilter on nl-Wikibooks.
After discussion we have reached consensus on starting Abusefilter with two
filters:
*http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:AbuseFilter/65
*http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Special:AbuseFilter/135
The discussion was done in the teacher room of Wikibooks-nl and you will find
that here:

Discussion started on the 8th of april and final proposal was on 14th of April
until today (2 weeks later) there was no objection to start with a trial of
Abusefilter.
