How do you interpret "closed"? What level of editing is acceptable on closed wikis? If some kind of critical edit is needed on these closed wikis, have it removed from closed.dblist temporarily. I can't imagine you'd need to do this more than once or twice a year. If there's evidence that this ability is needed more often, please share.
