Dan Collins <[email protected]> changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- CC| |[email protected] Severity|normal |enhancement --- Comment #1 from Dan Collins <[email protected]> 2012-03-18 20:35:54 UTC --- It's probably best to keep it as a user talk thing for simplicity unless there's a strong argument to the contrary. An extension could maintain user lists based on geographic area, on-wiki projects, and anything else as well as an opt-out list per-sender and globally. The actual delivery could be attributed to the actual sender without flooding recent changes by simply skipping the RC feed. Maintain a log for the extension and post that log to RC, and then post the actual edits to each user talk page asynchronously without adding to the RC feed. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are the assignee for the bug.
