WikiEditor toolbar icons are low-resolution raster images, and appear visibly
pixelated on a high-resolution display such as iPad third-gen or when zoomed
in.
Recommend using SVG images with PNG fallbacks.
Note that currently many of these images are sprited and may need to be
re-separated and re-drawn.
