In the Book Creator, when choosing the OpenDocument Text (ODT) output,
everything seems to work and it displays a download link, but upon clicking the
link, instead of the download starting, nothing happens.
When I choose PDF or ZIM, the book downloads alright.
Tested on en.wikipedia, en.wikiversity and pt.wikiversity.
