As Gerrit revision numbers establish a linear timeframe, it would be good to
have
the revision number in Gerrit bumped above the last SVN number.
(at this time we are at r114357 so r114358 or maybe r120000 would be nice)
This would certainly help with Bugzilla (bug 35144).
Maybe even Special:Code could continue to show the latest patchset of the
revision.
It looks like only "change_id" sequence needs to be changed.
