* Blank edit saves should not be logged as edit_success events

If you try and submit a blank edit without making any change, an edit_success
event is logged. This should not happen (unless we stretch the concept of an
edit_success). I don't know if this is a bug that was introduced with today's
deployment or we have it since the beginning of AFT5 (which may explain the
inflation of edit success events that we observer in the logs) or maybe even
AFT4. Note that we can actually nail down legit edit success events since we
introduced the rev_id field. Empty saves are logged with rev_id = 0.
