Dan Collins <[email protected]> changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Status|NEW |RESOLVED Resolution| |INVALID --- Comment #4 from Dan Collins <[email protected]> 2012-03-23 02:34:35 UTC --- Actually, I have found that, according to the mailing list guru Casey Brown, there is no way to "close" a list: There's no way to "close" a mailman list. Instead, I would suggest that you unsubscribe everyone from the mailing list, make it so that new people can't subscribe, hide the list from the list of lists page, and add a note to the "list description" in [all appropriate languages] that says the list is closed (and pointing them to the other MediaWiki lists). So simply place conspicuous warnings and remind people of the correct list. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.wikimedia.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are the assignee for the bug.
