In my Android 2.3.4 Droid Pro, the "X" doesn't clear the search. Instead it
behaves like the "<" icon and closes the search.
When I try to load the mobile beta in Chrome, it clears it as expected.
I've tried clearing my cache to ensure that there's no stale JS.
