I visited Korean Wikiquote (http://ko.wikiquote.org) in monobook skin. All text
(even in editform) is rendered in serif font. I checked MediaWiki:Common.css
and MediaWIki:Monobook.css and found no error.
Text rendering in modern skin was OK. but problem is monobook skin. I think
Internet Explorer 8 is making error in rendering.
